All the links to download your purchased Exercise programs expire after 30 days. Please make sure you download the pdf programs to your PC or Mobile within the 30 day expiry period. If you haven’t downloaded your Exercise programs in time, please contact getfitbyivana@gmail.com (mailto:getfitbyivana@gmail.com)and we will help you out.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled. You will receive a shipping information email once your order is shipped. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email.

Please double check your shopping cart before you submit your order as all the Exercise Programs are non-refundable.
