Digital products: If you have purchased one of my Exercises Programs, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to download your PDF programs. Make sure you download the PDF to your PC or Mobile as the link will expire after 30 days.

Physical products: If you have purchased any of my physical products, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled. You will receive a shipping information email once your order is shipped. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email.

Customers can be charged for buying & importing product into their country. We do not take responsibility of any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country, the recipient must cover these changes. Please note we do not collect or handle any tax charges or fees. If you have any queries regarding tax you may have been charged, please contact your local customs office.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you how much these would be, as these fees vary widely from country to country.

We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering anything online, so you are not surprised by any unexpected charges.

Estimated delivery times do not include customs delays or holds. In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within a delivery time estimated above, please contact your local customs office or shipping courier.

Customer is responsible for shipping costs if the address provided on the order is incorrect and the order is undelivered due to Incorrect delivery address. Customer will only receive a refund for the undelivered products.
